Commissioned Tennessee notaries who come to you — home, hospital, memory care, or office. Power of attorney, wills and healthcare directives, vehicle titles, travel consent, affidavits. Same-week appointments across Middle Tennessee.

Power of attorney, wills and healthcare directives, vehicle titles and bills of sale, travel consent for a minor, affidavits, and the everyday business and family paperwork that needs a seal. These are the documents that get challenged later if they were done wrong. We make sure the signature holds. If you're not sure your document needs a notary, call — we'll tell you straight.

Most notarizations we do can't happen at a bank counter — a parent in rehab, a grandmother in memory care, a signer who works two jobs. We come to the kitchen table, the bedside, or the job site, coordinate with nursing staff when needed, and keep the visit short. Hendersonville, Sumner County, Greater Nashville, and the surrounding Middle Tennessee counties. Evenings and weekends by appointment.

Every signer needs an unexpired photo ID. The document should be filled in completely but not signed — we watch the signature happen. Everyone whose signature is being notarized has to be in the room, along with any witnesses the document requires. And the signer has to understand what they're signing and want to sign it. If we can't confirm that, we can't notarize, and we'll tell you kindly and explain what to do next.
Christina Alexander and Anthony Stye are commissioned Tennessee notaries public with Prairie Street Consulting, LLC. We treat a bedside power of attorney with the same care as a business contract — because for the family in the room, it matters more.

Mobile notarizations start at $75 per notarized document, travel included, for most of Sumner County and Greater Nashville. Multiple documents or longer drives are quoted up front when you call — no surprises at the door.
Yes, and it's most of what we do. We coordinate with the facility and visiting hours. The signer still has to be able to understand the document and confirm they want to sign it.
No. We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice or prepare legal documents. We notarize what you bring. If you need help drafting, we'll point you to someone who can.
An unexpired driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport, or military ID. If the signer has no current ID, call us — there are limited alternatives under Tennessee law and we'll walk through them.
Not currently. We focus on family and business documents — powers of attorney, wills, healthcare directives, titles, affidavits, contracts, and consent letters.
Often same day, depending on where you are in Middle Tennessee. Call and we'll give you a real time.
I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee, and I may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
Call and tell us what you need signed and where the signer is. We'll quote it, schedule it, and be there.
